Structural Editing

Structural editing – mentioned so often, but so hard to gain experience in. Here’s your chance!

I’m offering, through Zoom, a single-day introductory course; and a masterclass of two afternoon sessions, with the opportunity to structurally edit an entire MS in between. The masterclass includes a dedicated one-on-one session for you to talk through your approach to the issues in the MS with me.

Introduction to Structural Editing
When: Saturday, 13 June 2026, 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Cost: $220 (including GST)

Structural Editing Masterclass
When: Session 1 – Sunday, 14 June 2026, 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Session 2 –Sunday, 21 June 2026, 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Plus a one-on-one feedback session of up to 30 minutes, at a time to be arranged
Cost: $165 (including GST)

Looking for something to do with your mum or grandmother? How about creating an ebook or actual book of your family’s favourite recipes? In just a couple of hours, learn how to use my custom template on the online design platform Canva to make your own beautiful family heirloom – a perfect gift, particularly for any young adults in the family.

Grammar Boot Camp

If you need to catch up on the parts of speech (there’s possibly a new one since you were at school!), refresh your knowledge of sentence structure or learn how a comma could cost you $2 million, this comprehensive two-day overview is for you.
